Terms of service
The agreement between you and Waoo Network, in the plainest language we can manage.
In effect from October 17, 2026
The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Waoo Network ("we", "us") for using Waoo Docs, on the web and in the app for Android. Using it means accepting them. If you do not, do not use it - and if you already have, delete your documents and the agreement ends.
The version of these terms in force on any day is the one this page shows for that day. Earlier versions stay readable below, so you can always see what applied when.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. The app lock on Android adds a check on the phone; it does not replace a good password.
One account is for one person. You may not resell access.
Your documents are yours
Everything you upload - files, folders, labels and rules - stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, read its text so you can search it, make previews of it, and show it back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to store, and do not use Waoo Docs to store or pass on anything unlawful.
What this is not
Waoo Docs is a place to keep and find documents. It is not a guaranteed archive: keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, such as an original you would need in court.
Text recognition is automatic and can misread a page, especially an old or faint scan, so search can miss a document whose text was read wrongly. A workflow rule does exactly what you set it to do, including moving, renaming and deleting documents, so check a rule's preview before you turn it on.
Price
Waoo Docs is free to use today. If paid plans are ever introduced, they will be announced on this page before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreeing to it first.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up and will not always succeed. There is no uptime guarantee, and features may change as the product develops. Anything that would remove your access to documents you have uploaded will be announced first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses - a missed deadline, a document you could not find in time.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. A new version is posted on this page with the date it takes effect before that date arrives, and earlier versions stay readable.
