Delete your Waoo Docs account

Waoo Docs is part of Waoo Network, and you sign in to it with your Waoo Network account. Deleting that account deletes it everywhere: in Waoo Docs and in every other Waoo Network app you use.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to Waoo Docs, on the web or in the app.
  2. Open your Profile from the account menu.
  3. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account. The list shows every app your account is used in.
  4. Enter your password (and your authenticator code if you use one), type DELETE, and confirm.

What happens

  • Your account is switched off at once and you are signed out on every device. Phone backup stops, and any bank connections are disconnected.
  • After 30 days, everything stored with the account is permanently deleted: photos and videos, albums and shares, people and faces, documents, money and bank data, trips, recipes, health records and everything else you saved.
  • We keep only what we are required to: records of payments and orders, the terms you accepted, and your support conversations.
  • Changed your mind? Email [email protected] within those 30 days and we can restore it.

Deleting some of your data instead

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove things from Waoo Docs. Signed in, you can:

  • Documents and folders: on Documents, select them and choose Delete, or open a file and choose Delete from its menu.
  • Workflow rules: on Workflow, open a rule and choose Delete.

For anything else, email [email protected] from the address your account uses and tell us what to delete. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address your account uses and ask for it to be deleted. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete it the same way.
