Waoo Docs is the document manager in the Waoo Network suite. Upload PDFs, scans, spreadsheets and photos, file them into folders, and find any of them again by searching the text inside them — including scanned pages, which Waoo Docs reads with OCR.
Waoo Docs signs you in with your Waoo Network account — the same login used across the suite.

Search the text inside every file
Search matches file names and the text pulled out of your documents, and each result shows the matching snippet so you can tell at a glance which file you want.
File it automatically
Workflow rules match incoming documents on their keywords, file name, file type or extracted text, then move them to a folder or tag them with a label.
Private to your account
Every file belongs to the account that uploaded it. There are no public links and no shared libraries.
Supported uploads: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, TXT, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF and WEBP.
Common questions
Does Waoo Docs read scanned documents?
Yes. Every uploaded PDF is read for its embedded text layer first, and pages with no text layer are rendered and run through OCR — up to the first 10 pages of a scanned document — so scans become searchable like any other file. Photos and screenshots of paperwork are read the same way.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX, CSV), PowerPoint (PPTX), OpenDocument, RTF, plain text and pictures (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, HEIC). Docs reads the words in all of them, running OCR on scans and pictures, so any of them can be found by what it says.
Can documents be filed automatically?
Yes. A workflow rule watches a folder and matches new documents on their keywords, file name, file type or extracted text, then moves the document into another folder or tags it with a label.
Who can see my documents?
Every file belongs to the account that uploaded it. Waoo Docs has no public links and no shared libraries, so a document is readable only by its owner, signed in.
